Big Tech Hindsight is not 20/20

Is is so easy for the tech giants to come out today against big government spying on not only the United States shitizens but the world community.  I am quite sure that they have their internal marketing weasels, the same ones who want to sell us crap we don't need on top of the "public outrage" panic button.  I have one question.

WHERE WERE YOU TECH GIANTS BEFORE THE SNOWDEN DOCUMENTS WERE RELEASED TO THE WORLD?

The all caps was not by accident.  Their polling of users/customers most likely shows that the world is angry at the lack of privacy in the on-line world. If the Snowden documents had not been so incredibly explosive in their information about the MASSIVE NSA spying program, we would not be hearing from them now.

I am also quite sure that Google, who is the host of this blog, knows everything I have ranted about since its inception.  We can still protest and resist on-line, but in the real world that ability is rapidly disappearing.  I am planning my departure from the GMail community.  I use this email address for many website and application logins, and I am working on changing them as we speak.

How bizarre, I can clearly recall a few years ago, suggesting to friends and family that Gmail is great, the ease and flexibility makes email a breeze to use.  That is gone, all the features that made it great, do not overcome the overriding fact that they give every word to the government, and I have no expectation to privacy.

I can probably make a very compelling argument that snail mail is more secure and private than any email you send with Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and AOL. Is AOL still around?

Thats my rant for this morning.  I am going to change over to Hushmail.  This email provider gives the user the ability to encrypt email.  Am I quite sure the NSA has figured out the encryption ? yes, but if it takes some NSA lackey an extra 10 minutes to read about what I had for lunch, so be it.

On that note, since the NSA and other intelligence agencies are spying on our private lives, my suggestion is to start blasting out emails about every minute of your day, make that 5 billion a day number jump to 10 billion.

Counter-point:  There are bad ass people in the world, ones who want to do us harm.  The FBI, NSA should so their police work the old fashioned way.  Put the "boots on the ground", gather intelligence on the bad guys, get warrants and then snoop and pry into their lives.  I have no problem with that. I know it boring, and time consuming, but making all shitizens the enemy is the wrong approach.

Crimes in the Mainstream

I have been pondering some mind bending possibilities about the mainstream news media (MSNM) in the last few days.  More so, in light of the revelations that they all found some level of morality in respect to the 911 recordings of Sandy Hook Elementary School Massacre. 

The very mention of morality in the MSNM in the same sentence is laughable at best.  These are the same compromised news outlets that allow the government to promote any sort of propaganda it seems fit to, and do not ask any questions that the people would like answered.  Go ahead Mr. President, just lie to us, and we will spew forth that lie.

These MSNM show Paul Walker's death over and over, the car blowing up, with him and the driver inside, as another story.  What about his family? 

These are the same MSNM networks that will show airplanes flying into skyscrapers.  What do think happened to all those "innocent victims" when the planes hit?  Did they not exist?  What about their families?  

These are the same MSNM outlets that showed the inside of Columbine High School when that massacre happened.

These MSNM networks show deaths by the thousands in the "Shock and Awe" spectacle when Baghdad was being blown to bits.  Do you not think that all those innocent men, women, and children deserved some respect? Oh, no, I forget, they have brown skin, and their country sits on oil. 

I could go on an on about the sheer hypocrisy these MSNM put out over the airwaves everyday, but I think you get the point.

These (sorry kids) fucking assholes in the role of producers for MSNM are the scum of the earth.  The only reason they portend to not play the Sandy Hook AUDIO recording is for ratings.  They are trying to hype what is on the recordings.  I have listened to them.  I have one overriding question after hearing them.

I sent an email to Channel WFSB 3, asking about the DNA problems in THE STATES OWN REPORT,  The reply was from a nameless individual at WFSB , "how dare you question anything about Sandy Hook.  20 Children died, I cant believe I have to answer email"  When I asked if the nameless sender had read the report, I got no reply.

  Who the hell is Rick Thorne?  Why is this the first time we have heard his name, instead of that creepy Simon Bar Sinister dude, Gene Rosen.  I am dating myself with the Underdog reference, but look up Simon, you will know what I mean.

Where has Rick Thorne been hiding for a year?  Does he even exist?  How come all the recordings have this air of "calm" about them?

It is not so much about what we see on the MSNM, its what we do not see, and worst of all, what the MSNM does not demand that we see?  

• How about the "alleged" LAX shooter's manifesto/note from his backpack?
• How about the video from LAX of the shooting itself?  Correct me if I am wrong here, but don't airports have a boatload of cctv's?
• How about the supposed video of the Boston Marathon bombers dropping their backpacks in the garbage bins?
• How about the truth about Christoper Dorner?  What a crock of shit they made up when he died?  Lets see, they found his wallet twice, in two locations, he killed himself, the tear gas containers started a fire, yet the weapons found were in pristine condition.
• How about the fact that no serial numbered piece of any airplane was ever recovered from the Pentagon on 9/11?  We were told that 100 tons of metal, luggage, seats, and titanium engines weighing 6 tons a piece "evaporated", yet, somehow, the DNA of every passenger was identified.  Who makes this shit up?
• How about the death of Phil Marshall?  Look that up.  This stinks to high heaven.
• How did the DNA from a victim in the Sandy Hook School get inside the home of Adam Lanza?
• How did the DNA of a Sandy Hook victim get on the gun that was found in his car?  This gun NEVER went in the school?
• How about the supposed killing of OBL?  How come a small cadre of reporters on the level of say, John Pilger were not allowed to witness the body, before it was supposedly dumped in the ocean? 
• How about the fact that the "war on drugs" is a scam? How can the U.S. military be in Afghanistan for 12 years, and in 2013 they broke their record for opium exports to $970 BILLION DOLLARS? How is that even remotely possible?  (well, the CIA does help)
• How about Clapper lying to Congress?  How about Alexander lying about the NSA spying? How about Hayden lying about stealing our data?
• How about a 47 story skyscraper that falls into its own footprint? On any other day this would be the story of the year, but on 9/11 it is ignored.  When citizens start to question it, we are mocked as "conspiracy theorists".  How many other steel frame skyscrapers have collapsed before or after 9/11?  NONE. 
• How about the fact that our Attorney General cannot answer simple questions about "Fast and Furious" gun running operations, conducted by U.S. government? 
• These people should be in jail for crimes against the Constitution.
• How about Holder not being able to answer questions about the NSA blackmailing members of congress, and illegally spying on activist groups?
• Have you looked up at the skies lately?  The vast amount of Chemtrails is astounding.  The MSNM is so silent on this topic, it is criminal.  I took the photo below last week.  The sky was crystal clear only one hour prior to this.  If you zoom in, you can see the planes spraying chemicals. It is a panoramic photo, hence, the straight chemtrails look curved. Sorry, it was the only way to capture the magnitude of the spraying and sky.

These are just a few examples off the top of my head, in a few minutes.  These are the topics that the MSNM either ignore, or just spew the government talking points to us, the American people.  It is disgusting, and quite frankly, we should not stand for it. 

These are but a few of the questions that the MSNM has never asked the powers that be, to explain.  It is a crime, pure and simple.  And for anyone in that industry to go on the air and talk about their high morality is criminal.

We Do Not Live in Mayberry.

This is the third time I have started to write this post. Nothing seems to come out right, maybe, just maybe, that is the issue itself.

I can clearly recall that Friday the 14th day of December last year.

At the time, I was working overnights at my job. I had gotten home around 9:30 am and was getting ready to go to bed for a nap. I was saying good morning and good night at the same time to my very lovely lady friend, and she had just heard that a shooting had occurred in Newtown. I was very tired, I texted her something to the effect of "OMG, that's horrible" I have to get some sleep.

I woke up about 5 hours later, and as we all know now, it was almost the worst news you can ever hear. I was numb, turned on the radio and listened to the horrible news. Over the course of the that day, and the next week, I would travel to work on 84 East, to Danbury. I would pass the Sandy Hook/Newtown exit every time. That Friday night, there was traffic everywhere, it was a mess.

The tragedy and horror of the murders weighed and continues to weigh on my heart everyday. I am very lucky to have two grown children. I cannot even imagine the depths of grief and horror those parents are going through in the last year. I can distinctly recall telling a co-worker that " what the fuck reason would there be to wake up in the morning if that happened to my sons" 

Over the past year there have been many stories on the internet about Sandy Hook Hoax and the like.

I absolutely love a good conspiracy as much as anyone. Most people do not even think about the word "conspiracy" when they are watching their favorite crime drama, or murder mystery, on television or in the movies. The producers and writers omit that key word, on purpose. They really love to marginalize anyone by calling them a "conspiracy theorist" I will include a link here for the whole website, but I read this a while ago, and need to share it. From this point forward, this will be my reply to anyone who really believes that every crime is committed by the proverbial "LONE WOLF"

"You sound like a conspiracy theorist."

RESPONSE: "Conspiracy Theorist? Now tell me the truth, where did you hear that term...on TV? (Laugh.) ...So let me get this straight. Are you saying that men/women in high positions of power are not capable of criminal activity and telling lies to the general public? Are you really that naive?"

When "Jack" and "Rick" are sitting in the diner, planning to rob the bank, jewelry store, hotel safe, mobsters cache of money, drugs, or guns, these two guys, by definition, are "conspiring" to commit a crime. They are part of a conspiracy.

I have read the complete report by the State of Connecticut.

There is some interesting information in the report that our mainstream media is not asking to the powers that be. I am not sure if they are scared, or are just going along with program.  I will specifically refer to my attempt to get some answers from our local news outlets.  I emailed them with some questions regarding this report and the curt reply I received was "how can you ask questions, 20 kids were killed. I cannot believe I even have to answer this email.  That was a reply from WFSB Channel 3.

Adam Lanza was a computer geek who left no digital footprint.  We are very well aware of the recent NSA revelations of spying.  There is specific language in the report that states that no information from any federal agency "for the most part" is to be included in the report. Page 6, paragraph 4. 

I believe in my heart that a request at some level was made to the NSA to know what Adam Lanza did on the Internet in the days and months prior to that horrific day.

Folks, I am not minimizing that horrific nature of this crime.  But at some point we have to wake the hell up and admit we are not living in Mayberry with Sheriff Andy Taylor, Barney Fife, and Aunt Bee.  Which leads me to the dreaded green font.

Gene Rosen. I cannot put my finger on it.  I cannot adequately express my "gut" feeling about this guy, but I will try.  I will include a short video of Gene, so you can refresh your memory, but I have a funny feeling you don't need a refresher.

Before you can jump down my throat about picking on Gene, let me explain... This is what we know to be true.

At 09:35:39- A 911 call was placed by Sandy Hook Elementary School reporting the shooting. 

At 09:39:00- The first police officers arrived at the school.

At 09:40:03- The last gunshot is heard-believed to be Adam Lanza killing himself

Sometime during the 4 and a half minutes of hell, or shortly after, these 6 children, and a bus driver managed to get from the school to Gene's front lawn.  They manage to sit down "sweetly" in a circle (though that description will change many times).  

A man is seen scolding and angrily pointing at the children, yelling " Its going to be o.k" and this man just vanishes.  Gene witnesses this while he is walking towards the children. He does not ask who this man is? He does not take a picture on his IPhone? He does not have his wife take a picture on his IPhone of this very strange occurrence of six small children appearing out of nowhere on his lawn.

I will argue/debate that these children did not arrive on his lawn, completely ignoring the safety of a Fire Station, until 09:45.  Here is a map of the path the children most likely have taken. Please remember, the "school bus driver" DID NOT DRIVE THE CHILDREN, THEY WALKED/RAN TO GENE'S FRONT LAWN..

In almost every interview that Gene gives to the media, he states quite clearly that he has "no idea" what has happened at the school.  He cannot even "imagine" something like this.  Even though the always nameless "bus driver" tells him that there has been an "incident" at the school. 

Just look at the picture above. 

Do you see it?  Has it hit you yet? Are you waiting for me to hit you with most obvious question that not one news media prestitute asked Gene?

GEE GENE, DIDN'T YOU SEE OR HEAR THE 60 OR SO POLICE CARS, SIREN'S BLARING THAT EITHER PASSED YOUR HOUSE AND/OR TURNED INTO THE SCHOOL ROAD? 

THE ROAD ALMOST RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR HOUSE?

OR THE LOUD FIRE ENGINES? 

OR THE LOUD AMBULANCES? 

HOW COME YOU DIDN'T CALL 911? IMMEDIATELY

WEREN'T YOU WONDERING WHY THESE KIDS SHOWED UP? 

HOW COME YOU DIDN'T TAKE THE KIDS TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, RIGHT NEXT DOOR? 

PLEASE REMEMBER THIS-THE KIDS MUST HAVE SHOWN UP AT HIS HOUSE AFTER THE 911 CALL AND THE POLICE RESPONSE.  LOOK AT THE TIMELINE

These are the things about Gene that creep me out.  More importantly, these are important questions that were never asked by the media.  I understand that the media needed something to feel good about, when the unspeakable happens.  But I would argue, that if you or I found six small children on our front lawn, and we invited them in for juice and cookies, we would have some very uncomfortable questions to answer to the judge.

Because, and this is important, HE SAYS HE HAD NO IDEA THAT ANYTHING HAD HAPPENED AT THE SCHOOL.

The fact that the Internet exploded with questions about him is not a shock at all.  What is more shocking is a 69 year old man, who was a psychologist at Mansfield Training School, and a human being in the 21st century not even imagining that someone could go into a school and kill children and teachers. Do I have to back to Columbine, or VA Tech? or Dunblane?

I too was glued to the television last year when this happened.  I can remember being in a room with other adults on the Saturday after it happened, and there on the television was Gene, again, telling the story, again, and right on cue, the tears and choked up voice,again.  And, the constant need to see these children at Christmas, to have them call him Uncle Gene, to hug them, and be close to them.  In any other circumstance, you know.....

We have all had instances when we either witness something, or hear about something that makes us cry or choke up.  How many of you, when telling that story cry every time you recite the events? Day after day, interview after interview?  

I can distinctly recall driving back to St. Mary's hospital from Yale New Haven Hospital, the day after my first son was born.  I found out at Yale that he had a congenital heart defect.  It was touch and go for a while at Yale.  I drove back to St. Mary's in a fog.  I had to tell my wife at the time, about our sons heart.  I got into her room, and I cried and cried and cried.  I told that story to family and friends, it always brought me back to that moment, just typing it out now, brings me back, but I am not crying. 

One other thing about Gene, that rankles me a bit.  Not one time, during any interview, did HE mention the fact that he was a psychologist.  I would think that would be something that would easily be woven into his narrative of that day. Example:

Megan Kelly(FoxNews)- So Gene, tell us about the kids that morning, what did they say?

Gene: "Well Megan, the kids were very quiet at first. But something didn't seem right. Why were there six kids on my front lawn?  I used to be a psychologist, so I asked some open ended questions, and the kids started to open up....."

If anyone thinks that something like this cannot happen where you live, you are mistaken.  We can argue about gun control all you want to, it will not change anything, nor should it.  Adam Lanza did not purchase those weapons.  There are millions of law abiding citizens who own guns, and I am damn happy they do.  I do not own a gun, I have no interest in it.  But I will fight for your right, guaranteed under the Constitution and Bill of Rights.  At this point in our history I am much more fearful of the government trying to take those guns away than I am of anyone killing me with a gun.

 The second amendment does not guarantee you the right to own a gun.  It guarantees you the right that the government will not take your gun away.  We need to wake people up to horrors of an ever shrinking budget to treat mental illness.  We need to make sure that those people who need help, get it.  

Sadly, our leaders in Washington would rather spend this money on Drones and killing innocent women and children across the ocean and half a world away.  Not to minimize Sandy Hook at all.  But please consider this.  20 children died that day in Sandy Hook, and that is the unspeakable.   Our military killed over 1,000,000 innocent people in Iraq, and those are the ones we know about.  

How about a you try some empathy?  I want you to put yourself in the shoes of a mother or father in Iraq.  You are starving, your country is being torn apart. All you want to do is find some food to feed to your kids. One day, by accident, a bomb gets dropped in your small village, much smaller than Sandy Hook.  That day, your 4 children were playing in the street with other kids. That day 172 other innocent kids and women were wiped from the face of the earth. Your kids are erased from existence in a millisecond.

And no one cared? 

How would you feel? 

It happened. But not to you.

That being said, I have a few observations about the 

December 1, A Day of Reflection

I am sort of recovering and reflecting on my first and not last research/investigative piece that I did on the prison profit centers.  I do believe that the best things in life come by accident, as this last post did.  The feedback has been tremendous, I thank you, the reader.

As I was writing out how SecurePak is basically a small company under the Enterprise Holdings umbrella, I had some strong visceral feelings, and forced myself to ask hard questions to myself, to society, and to you dear reader.  One over riding theme is that there is a tremendous amount of tax dollars going into the pockets of private companies for not the housing of convicts, but basically everything that the convicts and their families need.  They have figured out a way to make money on music for convicts.

I also wondered why many of the services that these companies provide cannot be done by the convicts themselves?  Why can't convicts do their own cooking, why can't they do administration work?  It seems that the convicts who truly want to "rehab" and find a skill could easily be trained for a job, and then when they get out, they have learned a skill besides lifting weights and watching television.  There goes my idealism again.

Many of these services and products come with a small fee.  When you multiply that small fee by 3 million, that number quickly becomes quite big.  It is when you start to reflect on the fact that some corporate worker was told to come up with the "name" of any particular product and service, and how to market it best.  The one that stunned me was the "Offender Management Suite."  It really does sound like the new software package from Microsoft. I will concede that at times I am a bit too idealistic and a dreamer, but it really is because I believe that people really do want to do the right thing.  There are times that circumstances will provide the impetus for someone to commit a crime.  But I also a realist, and realize that there are some bad ass criminals, and there always will be.

There is something seriously wrong when you have a sector, a group, a gang of investors who actively root for the crime numbers to go up.  I find this absolutely disgusting, and at the crux of this prison profit system.  There are VICTIMS of crime.  This must be lost on these assholes. I would gather that if one of these investors daughter, wife was raped and murdered, they would not be so enthusiastic about making a profit. But, I could be wrong.

MORE CRIME = MORE CONVICTS = MORE PROFIT

What sick twisted society we live in where this is permissible and accepted.  I wonder whose pockets were lined with cash for this to happen in the first place. There had to be some kickbacks, some golf outings, for congressmen and senators to create loopholes and pathways for these profit prisons to start in the first place.  Here is a judge that caught sentencing kids to prison for cash

How do we stop this? I have no idea, I really think unless there is a massive groundswell this is only going to grow as the police state just rounds up people for cash.
