How Many Times?

How many times are we going to read a headline, or a blurb below the headline about another innocent man or woman released from prison not after finishing their sentences, but being completely innocent, and getting released?  One is too many.

Jonathan Fleming was 1,000 miles away, yet a "witness" put him at the scene.

That was this morning at the Washington Post.  When you read the article it will read like a bad script from "Law and Order".

I still am a proponent of the death penalty.  That being said, you had better have a iron clad, air tight case with no wiggle room, to get that sentence. There are people who should be put to death for their crimes.

 But what has happened in this case and many others is a miscarriage of justice at the least, and a case for prosecuting the prosecutors on a case by case basis.  I am sure their are many people a heck of a lot smarter than I am who can go through the transcripts and various back room deals and find a crime here.

I hope Mr. Fleming sues the state, the muni, and whoever else blatently lied to get his conviction.  The case for a lawsuit is going to shed light on the crimes of a prosecutor to get a conviction.

Similar to the "The Memphis Three" case, you had overzealous prosecution, witnesses who flat out lied, and a rigged system right from the start. This type of court case STINKS,  and those responsible should go to jail, forever.

The worst kind of crime in my mind is when those in power, the police, the prosecution, the judges, commit crimes to get those less fortunate convicted.  Whether it is witness tampering, planting evidence, stealing evidence, creating evidence out of thin air, these people are more heinous than the ones they are trying to convict.

The Innocence Project has reversed 316 convictions to date.

No, Not Barney Rubble- A World of Rubble

There is a pervasive feeling that the United States Empire will not be happy until the rest of the world is rubble. I believe this to be true.  We have done such a great job of turning Iraq and Afghanistan into huge piles of rubble, that it is just the next step. This rubbleization of the world is the brainchild of the No Agenda Show, and they have been proven right, over many years of analysis and investigation.

That is a change in policy though.  We were poised and ready to turn Syria into a rubble pile, then the American people woke up a little, and told our leaders to STOP IT!

Obama flinched, and Syria is not yet rubbleized.  

You can hear the breathing and see the intertwined fingers of those greedy execs in the boardrooms of Bectel and Halliburton exclaiming the words of Montgomery Burns "Excellent" when news of bombs blasting, missiles destroying block after block of cement that will need to be hauled, pulverized and put back into place.

We must stop this ever creeping rubbleization of the world and figure a better way to steal their resources for our own ill gotten booty. 

Please do not think for one second that there are Generals and others in our government that do not salivate at the chance to wipe out any other country, including our own for the sake of rebuilding.

Big Holes in a Bigger Story of a Bigger Lie.

Russ Baker recently published an amazing artlicle about all the holes in the FBI official story on the Boston Marathon Bombings/

There is something very disturbing about this story on many levels.  The FBI case against the Tsarnaev brothers is weak at best.  There was supposed to be the video of them placing the bombs in barrels which turn out to be a lie.

The FBI had the brothers on a watchlist in the years prior to the bombing.  Is this another honeypot set up that went wrong?  There were reports that there was a drill on for that day, at first very publicly the FBI denied this, yet later in quiet, yep, it was true.

One thing is clear.  There is a majority of people who have so much other things happening in their lives, that they cannot investigate and research the story like it should be done.  The mainstream media is horrible at best, more likely complicit in fact.

There was the incident where they were have supposed to have shot a police officer, nope, he was a victim of friendly fire.

How come in this day and age, we cannot get the story straight?  Or I should say, how come the story is not clear and precise?  This is a year later, and still the FBI is in massive cover up mode.

The FBI killed a witness during an interrogation in Florida.  How the hell does that happen?  The FBI always records video of interrogations, where is this tape?  Or is this just another case of shut up, slave. Believe us, and be quiet.

I don't know about you, but I am sick and tired of the constant lies coming from the government about, well, just about everything.

Now we have the missing MH-370 flight.  How come the world cannot find a huge Boeing 777?  Something stinks here.
